Our technical sales representatives work closely with the client project team to establish storage requirement, layout, usability, working conditions, building design and budget to fully understand how the shelving system will work to maximum potential.

Design
Initial drawings are discussed between both parties, this may include many revisions until the client has established final requirement.

Primary site survey undertaken by our technical sales team and where necessary stock audit to establish nature and volume of product requiring storage.

Manufacturing

We have setup an ultra-modern infrastructural base that sprawls over a vast land area. We have divided our infrastructural facility into several departments such as manufacturing department, quality assurance department, sales department, procurement department, warehousing & packaging department, etc., that helps us to carry-out our production processes in efficient manner. Our production unit is furnished with advanced machines, equipment and tools which enable us to meet exact requirements of the patrons in timely manner.Our robust infrastructural facility consists of various units such as:

Installation

Once all drawings, method statements, layouts, risk assessments and final approach plans have been confirmed our installation team will attend all relevant site safety & orientation meetings and provide relevant CSCS / Safe Contractor details prior to works commencing

Upon completion of installation a project manager will do an initial site inspection and ensure the shelving system complies with agreed designs. In agreement with the client project leader any snagging issues will be flagged up and addressed prior to final handover
